The Urhobo name “Omoghéné” is translated in English as “God’s Child.”
Rising Nigerian-American Singer/Songwriter OMOGHÉNÉ aims to put the world on notice in 2023 with her latest single “Already Mine”.
Since making her musical debut in 2019, OMOGHÉNÉ has been able to express her general passion for love & music, blending it with Afro-Beats, Neo-Soul, Pop, and R&B to create her unique style and sound. Heavily influenced by the likes of Lauryn Hill, and India Arie, OMOGHÉNÉ began her career by writing poetry in college which developed into a love for songwriting.
A true artist OMOGHÉNÉ enjoys the actual grind of being an artist; Recording, Rehearsing, and most of all PERFORMING. OMOGHÉNÉ's Instagram account shows her more vulnerable side as she allows fans to see her most comforting moments; On Stage and In The Studio.

The artist side naturally brought out the content creator in OMOGHÉNÉ as she has her own YouTube Series “OMOCOVERS” which features her covering some of her favorite afrobeat songs along with R&B music she grew up listening enjoying.
The Virgo Artist was born in Miami, Florida but now resides in California after graduating from Cal State University Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration.
Now in her 4th year as an artist, OMOGHÉNÉ has a clearer sense of where she wants to take her career and artistry; “In 2023 I want to write more love songs”.
